USA national volleyball

In 1999 I became a member of USA volleyball National Team and have played professional volleyball at international level for a total of 16 years.

I traveled with the USA national team to the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, where the team won the silver medal.

Bundesliga Volleyball

In 2002 I started playing professional volleyball in Europe, competing in the European Champions League, in the 1st Bundesleaga.

My Story

Born in Orange County California, USA I was exposed to sports at a very young age. When I was a kid we did not have IPads and Iphones to play on, we spent our days after school playing for hours outside, riding our bikes, running, playing hide and seek, seeing who could twirl their hool-a-hoop on their hips the longest,  getting lots of fresh air and lots of movements which is vital and important for the body. 

Hungry for movement and action, I began playing volleyball, basketball and Track in High School and in the University. But my knowledge for sports and nutrition increased and deepened even more  once I began playing for the USA Volleyball National team. Living healthy and being active was not only a habit for me, it became a lifestyle.

In spring and summer, weather permitting, I will offer workout camps or so-called fitness boot camps in the park.  

These camps are designed for groups of two (couples or friends) and will focus on specific objectives.

As a  Nutritional Adviser, I will work together with individuals and Sport teams to teach them about general nutrition and health to support their exercise plan and goals. Individual and Team tailor-made meal plans will be created to help improve everyday nutrition, health and lifestyle.
