 Individually developed fitness and exercise plans

I will create individual and tailor-made fitness plans for each of my clients. At the beginning I will do a detailed health check with every customer and thereafter  will discuss potential problem areas and set desired goals.  

An individual training plan is created together with the customer and the choice of sport or training will depend on the results of the health check, customer preference and my individual recommendation.

A combination of outdoor activities, gym and sport will be incorporated into the tailor-made fitness plan.  This gives my clients a lot of flexibility to work out at home, in the studio or outdoors rather than being limited to just the gym.  Customers will receive a new fitness plan every 6 weeks.

 Team fitness training for sports teams

I will create a specific fitness plan based  on the team’s needs, problems and targeted areas. Based on a detailed fitness check, an individual training plan will be drawn up together with the team’s  trainer and the type of training will be  determined on the  results of the check-up, the trainer’s preference and my recommendation.

 I will incorporate a combination of strength training, flexibility, speed and endurance into the team fitness plan.

Personal fitness training will also be possible online for my customers.  However, the first 2-3 sessions take place in person so that the customer can learn the right exercises and techniques in the best possible way. 

After the customer has understood and learned all the exercises in the correct form, he/she can start and continue the individual training online with me.

 The online courses give customers the flexibility to train anywhere, and also offer high-risk patients and less-mobile seniors special and individual training options at home or outdoors.

seasonal outdoor workout camps

In spring and summer, weather permitting, I will offer workout camps or so-called fitness boot camps in the park.  

These camps are designed for groups of two (couples or friends) and will focus on specific objectives.  For example, one camp will focus on the butt muscles.  Another camp theme will focus on legs, butt and abs, where we specifically target these muscle groups during training. Each camp will focus and target specific muscle groups and will be scheduled for 50 mins.
